Customers are advised to check, inspect & examine the goods received by your doorstep.
Customers can request for goods return/exchange within 7 days after the arrival of the goods if there are defects, damaged goods or missing parts which you not received.
Please keep the original packaging of the goods intact when you return or exchange the goods.
Goods that are deemed returnable are non-perishable items such as canned goods, dried fruits, etc, which have a long shelf life and don't require refrigeration to keep them from spoiling.
Where as perishable goods are not returnable/cannot be exchanged. (meat and meat by-products, fish and seafood, dairy products, fruits and vegetables)
Note for return and exchange: the returned product must be restored to its original state, that is, it must be restored to it's original state when you received the product (accessories, inner and outer packaging, random documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.)
The following circumstances may affect your right to return:
Damaged product packaging, product seal removed, product tag removed, or labels removed. etc.
Other reasons that are necessary or attributable to you for exceeding the inspection, resulting in damage, loss or alteration of the goods.
Any receipts shall be returned to us as reference purpose for every goods return/exchange requested.
Importance during goods return/exchange is the items shall be at the same condition as you received and the receipt shall be attached properly.
Green Port Mart reserve the rights to approve or cancel the goods return/exchange request and our decision is final.
